One channel means one source with its destinations. Every tier is month-to-month with no setup fee, and channel configurations can be exported at any time.

The comparison nobody publishes

What a commercial engine costs over three years.

Commercial integration engines are licensed annually and quoted privately, which makes them hard to compare until the renewal lands. Published third-party estimates put a mid-size deployment somewhere between $235,000 and $900,000 over three years once licences, support and upgrades are counted.

Three-year total-cost estimates for commercial engines are published by mirth.support and vary by deployment size; treat them as a starting point for your own numbers, not a quote.

Pricing questions

Before you ask us.

What counts as a channel toward my limit?
One channel is one source with its destinations — a feed that reads from an LIS and writes to two downstream systems is a single channel, not three. If a count is ever ambiguous on your setup, we will tell you before you buy, not after.
Is the BAA really included at $199?
Yes. The BAA is signed inside the signup flow at every tier, including Monitor. It is not an enterprise add-on and there is no separate compliance fee.
Do I have to sign an annual contract?
No. Every tier is month-to-month. There is no setup fee, no minimum term and no cancellation penalty — and you can export your channel configurations on the way out.
What happens if I go over my channel count?
We tell you and you move up a tier — we do not silently meter you or cut a feed off. Going one channel over on a busy month is a conversation, not an outage.
Can I start on Monitor and move to a hosted engine later?
That is the usual path. Most customers point the agent at the engine they already run, watch it for a few weeks, and move the interfaces over once they can see exactly what those interfaces do.
How does billing work for partners and resellers?
Partners get a rate card and a single roll-up invoice per period covering all of their clients, rather than a separate invoice per end customer.
